Each individual cluster has 4 - 5 ferns leaves each as shown in the pictures. 2 - 3 inches tall. Leaves can grow to 6-8 inches in hight.

This Live saltwater Fern algae is a great addition to the home aquarium. We have been culturing this strain for many years. Hardy and adapted to life in closed indoor saltwater reef aquarium tanks, and used to artificial lighting.

Add some Chaetomorpha macro algae to your Fern algae order, these two make a great combination and they can grow together in a refugium or main display tank.

The Fern Algae will attach roots to the chaeto algae or rocks and you will have a great home habitat for copepods and amphipods.

The pics out of the water show the true deep green color. It attaches to rocks, gravel other algae like chaeto. Great to grow together with chaetomorpha since it doesn’t bother it and the chaeto provides a good place for it to attach and grow well.
